Experienced Microsoft Access Developer

We are seeking an experienced freelance programmer to significantly improve and customize our existing Microsoft Access database. The project involves a range of critical tasks to enhance functionality, resolve issues, and introduce automation. Key responsibilities include updating and refining existing forms, queries, and reports to improve usability and data integrity. The freelancer will also be responsible for identifying and fixing various database issues to ensure smooth operation. A crucial part of this project is adding automation features using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

The ideal freelancer must possess strong knowledge and proven experience in:
- Microsoft Access (version 2016 or later is preferred)
- vba programming for automation and custom functionality
- sql for efficient data manipulation and querying
- designing robust database structures and managing relationships effectively
- creating user-friendly forms and generating clear, insightful reports
