Experienced Motion Design Contractor for Creative Agency (Mexico-based)

We are a US-based creative agency expanding our motion graphics capabilities and seeking an experienced Motion Design Contractor. This role is ideal for a Mexico-based freelancer who can provide expert support and help upskill our internal team.

Responsibilities include:
*  Designing and producing 2-4 visual assets for social media, paid ads, digital ads, landing pages, and website needs.
*  Building reusable templates and style frames for our team's future use.
*  Providing asynchronous feedback on motion files created by our designers, fostering a mentorship mindset.
*  Collaborating with our design lead on project scoping and delivery timelines.

We are looking for a professional with:
*  3+ years of motion design experience, preferably agency-side.
*  Fluent English (written and verbal) as occasional client calls will be required.
*  A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with explainer videos, brand animations, and social motion graphics.
*  Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere, with comfort in creating templates, style guides, and Lottie animations.
*  Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite and experience with design systems.
*  Bonus points for previous experience in the SaaS industry.

This role offers a flexible commitment of 10-20 hours per month to start, with potential for more based on pipeline. We operate with an async-first workflow, though occasional synchronous check-ins are part of the collaboration.
