We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable remote tech support specialist to join our new service, HasteFix. Our goal is to provide fast, helpful, and affordable technical assistance to home users and small businesses facing common computer, internet, and mobile device issues. We are looking for a professional who is patient, friendly, and passionate about solving tech problems.

Key responsibilities will include:

Diagnosing and fixing slow computer performance, primarily on Windows operating systems.
Performing thorough virus and malware removal.
Assisting with the installation and updating of various software applications.
Optimizing system performance to ensure smooth operation.
Providing effective support using remote desktop tools such as AnyDesk and TeamViewer.
Offering expert advice on technology purchases and hardware upgrades.

We are building a service that prioritizes quick response times and clear communication. The ideal candidate will be able to explain complex technical issues in simple, understandable language.

Requirements:

Proven experience in remote technical support.
Strong proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues on Windows PCs.
Familiarity with various remote desktop tools.
Ability to respond quickly to support requests, ideally within a few hours.
