Experienced Remote Video Editor for High-Volume Content Production Team

We are seeking talented and dependable remote video editors based in Latin America to join our expanding content production team. This is an opportunity for consistent, ongoing work, not a one-time freelance project, with potential for growth within our company.

Our company generates a high volume of digital content for various brands, including podcasts, YouTube shows, businesses, nonprofits, and social media channels. The primary responsibilities for editors will include:

- Producing short-form social media videos and reels
- Editing YouTube content
- Creating podcast clips
- Editing talking-head videos
- Developing promotional and branded content
- Handling longer-form video projects as needed

Content will be published across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

We are looking for editors who understand that effective editing goes beyond simply cutting footage. Key skills and understanding include:

- Crafting strong hooks and engaging first 1–3 seconds of a video
- Optimizing pacing and viewer retention
- Enhancing storytelling through editing
- Ensuring clean cuts and smooth transitions
- Implementing captions and on-screen text effectively
- Strategic B-roll placement
- Integrating music and sound effects
- Performing basic audio cleanup
- Applying color correction
- Adapting content for social-media formatting
- Transforming raw footage into compelling, watchable content

Required experience with professional editing platforms includes:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve (Prefered)
- CapCut
- Other similar professional editing software

Strong English comprehension is essential, as much of the content will be in English.

We require editors who can manage consistent weekly production volume. While full-time availability is preferred, strong candidates with substantial part-time availability will also be considered. This role is for building a long-term editing team, offering consistent work and increased responsibility for high-performing individuals as our operations expand.
