Who We Are:
NickelBronx is an award-winning branding and marketing agency where strategy and style collide. We help brands show up sharper, grow faster, and have more fun doing it. From building bold brands to running punchy, purposeful campaigns, we’re obsessed with helping businesses get their edge, and keep it.
Who You Are:
A sharp, organized content creator who can take a brand’s strategy and translate it into scroll-stopping social content. You understand tone, you know trends, and you’ve managed multiple brands at once without dropping the ball. We work with a wide range of clients—your ability to adapt to different brand voices and industries is key. Bonus points if you’re confident in writing, visuals, and collaborating across time zones. Ultimately we want to see account growth and leads coming from social.
What You'll Do:
Manage content calendars and organic social strategy for multiple clients
Write captions and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
Review client footage and pull selects for reels, stories, and short-form edits
Adapt brand voice and tone for a variety of industries—from B2B tech to beauty
Stay on top of trends and suggest new formats, angles, or memes that align with brand strategy
Analyze performance and report insights that actually mean something

Strong writing and editing skills in English (clear, punchy, and on-brand)
Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, HeyOrca (or similar)

Reliable internet and availability to overlap at least 3–4 hours with Eastern Time (DC-based team)
Experience editing short-form video
Nice-to-Haves:
Understanding of paid social and ad management
Knowledge of AI tools
Knowledge of Meta Business Manager, connecting social platforms to posting software (like HeyOrca or HootSuite)
Project management chops
Perks:
Work with a smart, fun, fast-moving team that loves bold ideas
Flexible schedule with async workflows
Long-term opportunity with potential for growth
To Apply:
