Experienced Ugc Video Production Analyst for Marketing Campaign (20 Videos)

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the production of 20 User-Generated Content (UGC) videos for a marketing campaign in the United States. The project involves coordinating 5 creators—each producing 4 videos—and overseeing every stage from initial outreach to final content delivery. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and recruiting creators who align perfectly with the campaign brief and requirements. Contacting creators, presenting project details, and negotiating terms such as rates, deadlines, and availability. Evaluating and selecting the best-suited profiles and presenting options for final approval. Managing and coordinating all communication with creators throughout the video production process. Ensuring strict adherence to the original brief, script, and all creative guidelines. Monitoring filming progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and critically reviewing all submitted material. Requesting any necessary corrections or revisions to ensure the final delivery meets the highest quality standards. We consider the following to be significant advantages: A creator's ability to deliver fully edited videos would be a major benefit. If editing is not included in the primary scope, we request a separate proposal for video editing, covering elements such as subtitles, cuts, soundtracks, simple animations, and other essential adjustments. We are looking for someone with proven experience in UGC project management, strong negotiation and organizational skills, and a keen eye for evaluating content quality prior to final delivery. This professional will serve as the central point of contact and relationship manager for the creators, ensuring all 20 videos are delivered on time and in compliance with the approved brief.
