Position Summary
The Video Editor / Content Producer owns content production end to end: raw footage in, finished on-brand
deliverables out. The role carries an immediate production backlog of event content (wellness conference, fashion
show, and luxury resort footage) to be shipped within the first weeks, followed by an ongoing high-volume
schedule that includes UGC brand deliverables and the primary content calendar.
Key Responsibilities
• Footage triage, clip selection, and proxy-based editing from delivered footage
• Full Adobe Premiere Pro assembly: cuts, pacing, captions, and platform-specific exports (Instagram Reels,
TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Color grading of every deliverable to the established brand look, in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere (Lumetri)
• AI asset generation from documented prompt libraries: Higgsfield avatar and scene generation (Higgsfield
integrates with the DaVinci pipeline) and ElevenLabs voiceover
• Quality control of all AI output: the Editor is the human check confirming likeness and voice accuracy before
anything advances
• Direct revision loop with the PR & Social Media Manager until each piece is approved for publication

candidates must already be proficient in the following. This is a skilled, tested position; proficiency will be verified
through a paid trial.
• Adobe Premiere Pro: proxy workflows, sequence management, multi-format export
• Color grading: DaVinci Resolve and/or Premiere Lumetri, including matching an established brand look rather
than applying presets
• CapCut: fast-turnaround vertical editing
• Short-form editing craft: hooks, retention pacing, and trend-aware cutting for Reels and TikTok
• Claude (or equivalent ai assistant) prompting: comfortable working from structured prompt libraries and quality
rubrics
• ai video generation: higgsfield strongly preferred; substantial kling, seedance, or runway experience
considered. A paid certification course is provided and must be completed in week one
• ElevenLabs voiceover generation: experience preferred; covered by the same provided course
• Organized digital asset management and status tracking (Airtable)

Technical and Language Requirements
• English: B2 or higher working proficiency (briefs, documentation, and daily communication are in English)
• Own editing workstation: 16GB RAM minimum, runs Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve comfortably
• Reliable internet: 50 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload minimum, with a backup power plan
Communication and Meeting Cadence
• Two live video syncs per week (US Eastern hours; Colombia is zero to one hour behind New York)
• Daily written communication with the PR House via Slack, including the revision loop and delivery
confirmations
• Weekly analytics review as part of the team sync
Compensation
• Month 1 (training and onboarding rate): $75 USD base plus reduced revenue share
• Months 2 and 3: $100 USD per month base, plus a 3 to 4 percent revenue share on account earnings
• Content performance bonus: paid each time a piece outperforms the account's own analytics benchmarks,
plus follower-milestone bonuses. Strong content is rewarded directly
• Formal reevaluation at day 90: base increase and a defined path toward a full-time Lead Editor position as the
team grows
• All production tools provided: Claude, Adobe Creative Cloud, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, and a paid professional
training course

Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates complete a paid trial consisting of five (5) edits delivered on a 48-hour turnaround, using
real project footage and a provided edit brief. Trial work is compensated, and selected cuts may be published. The
trial evaluates editing craft, grading accuracy, brief adherence, communication, and turnaround reliability.
