Experienced Web Developer for Ngo/Sports Club Cms Website with Approval Workflow

We are seeking a highly capable web developer to design and build a comprehensive cms-driven website for an ngo/sports club. The primary goal is to create a platform that allows various team coaches and managers to maintain their specific content areas independently, while ensuring all submissions go through a formal approval process before publication.

Key requirements for this project include:

1.  CMS Development: Build a robust Content Management System that supports structured content and dedicated sections for each team and age group (e.g., U6, U8, U10, U12, U14).
2.  User Roles and Permissions: Implement a flexible user role system with distinct permission levels. This will include roles such as:
    -  Admin: Full control over the entire website and content.
    -  Editor/Approver: Ability to review, approve, and publish content submitted by contributors.
    -  Coach/Manager/Contributor: Ability to create and submit content for their designated team/age group.
3.  Content Submission Workflow: Establish a clear and efficient content workflow where submissions from coaches/managers are held in a 'pending approval' state until an Editor/Approver reviews and publishes them.
4.  Content Types: The CMS must support various content types, including but not limited to:
    -  Updates and News articles.
    -  Events and Fixtures schedules.
    -  Image Galleries for team photos and events.
    -  Downloadable Documents (e.g., Forms, policies, schedules).
5.  Technical Specifications:
    -  The website must be fully mobile responsive, ensuring optimal viewing and interaction across all devices.
    -  Accessibility standards should be met to provide a user-friendly experience for all visitors.
    -  The CMS interface must be intuitive and easy for non-technical users to navigate and manage content.
6.  Training and Documentation: Upon completion, the developer will be required to provide basic training for our administrative and content management staff, along with lightweight documentation for ongoing maintenance and content updates.
