Expert Crm & Lead Management Specialist for Real Estate Systems

We are seeking a highly tech-savvy, proactive Virtual Assistant to take 100% ownership of our real estate CRM, lead management systems, and marketing integrations. This role requires a mastermind behind database hygiene, lead routing, and automation strategy. This is a position for a true self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and possesses a strong drive to research, test, and deploy new technologies independently. We will provide the strategic direction; you will provide the technical execution. Key responsibilities include:

*  Managing and optimizing our real estate CRM, with proven experience in Follow Up Boss.
*  Developing and maintaining lead management systems.
*  Implementing and integrating marketing technologies.
*  Ensuring database hygiene and efficient lead routing.
*  Designing and deploying automation strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

*  Must-Have: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Follow Up Boss in a real estate environment.
*  Tech-Savvy DNA: Ability to learn new software effortlessly. Experience with Zapier, ManyChat, real estate dialers, or AI conversational tools is highly preferred.
*  The "Figure-It-Out" Factor: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to researching, testing, and finding solutions for system issues or new tool integration.
*  Process-Oriented: A passion for organization, clean data, and structured workflows.
*  Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply to sales agents.
*  Reliability: High-speed internet, a reliable computer, a quiet workspace, and a backup power solution are essential.
