Expert Financial Model Development in Google Sheets for Motorsport Track Experience

I am looking for a freelancer with advanced Google Sheets and financial modeling experience to build a dynamic spreadsheet model for a motorsport track driving experience where customers pay per lap.
This is not a basic spreadsheet. The goal is to create a structured financial model with formulas and scenario simulations, similar to a simplified business model used to analyze costs, revenue, and profitability.
The spreadsheet must be created entirely in English.
I will not provide the numerical data. I only need the complete spreadsheet structure, with formulas and clearly defined input cells where I can later insert the numbers.
The model must be fully dynamic, allowing variables to be changed for different circuits (for example track length, lap time, pricing per lap, operating hours, and costs).
It is not a problem if the spreadsheet is created using AI tools, as long as the final model works correctly, is well organized, and all formulas function properly.
Required Structure
• Input / variables section
• Fixed costs and variable costs
• Revenue calculation based on laps sold
• Profitability calculation (revenue, costs, profit)
Scenario Simulation
The spreadsheet must include three scenarios:
Low scenario (few laps sold)
Medium scenario (average day)
High scenario (high demand)
All results must update automatically based on the input values.
Deliverable
A well-structured Google Sheets financial model, with dynamic formulas and input fields ready to be filled.
