Expert Metahuman character with full body and lip sync rigging, 1800s Clothing , shovel for Unreal

I'm seeking a highly skilled 3D artist with proven expertise in MetaHuman Creator and Unreal Engine 5 (version 5.6.1 preferred) to develop an ultra-realistic 3D character model. The project requires the creation of a fully rigged MetaHuman avatar, complete with a comprehensive lip-syncing rig, based on provided reference photos (one front drawing and one full-body drawing).

The successful freelancer will be responsible for ensuring accurate replication of facial features, body proportions, and expressions to achieve a lifelike representation of the character.

In addition to the character, 1 custom clothing design is required. This involves modeling a personalized outfit based on reference images, specifically an 1800s dark brown suit that is scuffed and slightly wrinkled (but not excessively), a lighter tan shirt underneath, and a hat matching the suit color. The character is a 'Grave Digger, English Commoner'. The clothing must be integrated naturally with the MetaHuman avatar, with fabric simulation applied as needed for realism.

Deliverables for this project include:
- All MetaHuman files for the character, delivered ready for direct import into Unreal Engine ready for animation and lip-syncing.
- 3d clothing models in fbx/obj formats.
- A short video demonstrating basic character movements and lip-syncing capabilities.

Technical Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in MetaHuman Creator and Unreal Engine 5 is essential, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Extensive experience in 3D clothing modeling using software such as Blender or Marvelous Designer.
- Exceptional ability to replicate real-life features and details from reference drawing.
