We are looking for an experienced real estate writer specializing in luxury residential properties to create high-quality, educational guides for buyers and sellers interested in golf and beachfront communities in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Our target audience consists of affluent retirees (55+) from the U.S. And Canada looking to purchase their second or third home in exclusive communities such as Palmilla, Querencia, Club Campestre, Diamante, El Dorado, Cabo del Sol, and others.

This project will serve as a test run for a long-term collaboration if we find the right expert.
You will create:

✅ We will choose 4 topics (2 buyers, 2 sellers) for the first phase of this collaboration.

Requirements:
