We need a professional to transform raw footage into compelling, high-quality short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of social media trends and conversion-focused advertising. Key responsibilities and requirements include: Producing fast-paced, dynamic video edits. Crafting strong hooks within the first 1-3 seconds to capture audience attention. Implementing dynamic and engaging subtitles. Ensuring clean transitions and precise cuts. Selecting and integrating modern, strong, and impactful music that complements the content style. Content will primarily focus on: Before/after transformations of welding and fabrication projects. Process clips showcasing fabrication, welding techniques, and installation work. Showcasing final results with a clean and professional aesthetic. Experience with creating advertisements that drive conversions is a significant advantage.
