Looking for a consultant to help with SEO for an online auction site. Also need help promoting Facebook page and help set up marketing campaign on Facebook. Also need help creating and running an email marketing campaign.

We have an online auction business with established clientele. We are looking for help optimizing our site and starting marketing campaign on Facebook as well as email marketing. I am not sure about budget. It depends on the effectiveness of the campaign itself.
