We’re a Canada- and U.S.-Based accounting firm serving small transportation businesses. We're expanding our back-office team in Panama and looking for a detail-oriented, English-speaking bookkeeper to support our growing client base.

🔍 Responsibilities:

Day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and/or Odoo

Process transactions, categorize expenses, and perform monthly reconciliations

Import expenses via Dext or bank feeds

Maintain ar/ap and assist with client communication (via email/slack)

support month-end closes and reporting for multiple clients

✅ requirements:

2+ years of bookkeeping experience (qbo or odoo)

strong written and spoken english

attention to detail, self-motivated and reliable

comfortable working remotely and using tools like slack, google workspace

✨ nice to have:

familiarity with canadian or u.S. Accounting practices

Experience in the transportation or logistics sector

Pursuing a CPA or accounting certification

📍 Location: Panama (remote, with optional coworking days)
💰 Compensation: USD $1,500–$1,800/month (depending on experience)
📆 Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (EST working hours)
