Responsibilities: Manage bookkeeping, general ledger, and financial reporting. Oversee ap/ar processes, ensuring accurate invoicing and payments. Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Implement financial controls and process improvements. Prepare bills for payment. Prepare and manage a budget. Collaborate with external auditors and tax accountants. Requirements: cpa/cma or local equivalent preferred. 5-7 years of experience in accounting, including 2+ years in a controller role. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Zoho Books) and Excel. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, ap/ar, and financial reporting. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively. Preferred: Experience with process automation and financial planning.
