We are a roofing and painting company looking for an experienced Controller or Finance Manager to manage our financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), Job Costing, WIP schedules, invoicing, and preparing bills for payment. Project overview

Responsibilities: Manage bookkeeping, general ledger, and financial reporting. Oversee ap/ar processes, ensuring accurate invoicing and payments. Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Implement financial controls and process improvements. Prepare bills for payment. Prepare and manage a budget. Collaborate with external auditors and tax accountants. Requirements: cpa/cma or local equivalent preferred. 5-7 years of experience in accounting, including 2+ years in a controller role. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Zoho Books) and Excel. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, ap/ar, and financial reporting. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively. Preferred: Experience with process automation and financial planning.
