Flutter Web and Mobile App Development for Logistics Platform with Background Gps Tracking

We are seeking an experienced Flutter developer to build a comprehensive logistics platform for Samballe Logistics. The project requires a single Flutter codebase to deliver a customer-facing website, a customer mobile application, and a driver mobile application, targeting Web, Android, and Ios platforms.

scope of work:

1. Website (Flutter Web):
  - Homepage, services page, and a vehicle booking flow that includes live fare estimates.
  - Live tracking view for shipments.
  - Driver signup process with document upload functionality.
  - Contact form.
  - Must seamlessly connect to Firebase (Firestore + Storage).

2. Customer Mobile App (Android + iOS):
  - Functionality for vehicle booking and fare estimates.
  - Live GPS tracking of their shipments.
  - Proof-of-delivery view.
  - This app must share the same Flutter codebase as the web application and be delivered as native builds for Android and iOS.

3. Driver Mobile App (Android + iOS):
  - Ability for drivers to accept or reject incoming trip requests.
  - Trip status updates (e.g., Arrived, in transit, completed).
  - Document upload for essential items like driver's license, vehicle registration certificate (Rc), and insurance.
  - critical requirement: the app must provide continuous background gps location reporting, meaning it needs to report the driver's location even when not actively open in the foreground. This is a genuine native requirement.
  - Push notifications for new trip offers.

BACKEND:
- The entire backend will utilize Firebase, specifically Firestore for database, Storage for files, and Hosting for the web application, with appropriate security rules implemented.
- Access to the existing Firebase project will be provided upon engagement.

what we need from you in your proposal:
- please provide links to past projects you have built using flutter and firebase, highlighting relevant examples.
- Confirm your hands-on experience with background location tracking in Flutter (e.g., Using packages like geolocator, flutter_background_geolocation, or similar). Describe a specific project where you successfully implemented this feature.
- Indicate whether you have previously shipped a Flutter Web project, not just mobile applications.

We are looking for a freelancer who can work independently, meet clear milestones, and communicate proactively. Our priority is finding someone with proven experience in background-location Flutter development, rather than the cheapest bid.
