We need to create components based on the components of the Form.IO library. Pls check attached file. It's a select component with capability to create a new item using a linked form.

We will have other components to develop.

Project overview

The new FormIO components I need are: 1. Select component with hability create a new item 2. Color picker 3. Date and Time (new CSS style) 4. Select with images (as an image list, I will design before) 5. Togle switch (check box component with new CSS style) 6. Select component listing all icons on Fontawesome with filtering by name, this source could be static.
