Freelance Project finder

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Freelance Project Finder to identify and secure freelance projects on behalf of our team. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, networking abilities, and a good understanding of freelance platforms and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Search and identify freelance project opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn, and others.

Pitch and submit proposals on behalf of the team or individual freelancers.

Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements and negotiate terms.

Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and regularly report on progress.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business.

Requirements:
Proven experience with freelance platforms and job boards.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Familiarity with various industries such as IT, design, writing, or marketing is a plus.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Compensation:
Commission-based (percentage of each successful project).

Potential for base pay depending on experience and performance.
