Keysight Technologies is looking to hire a Freelance Recruiter to carry out the recruitment of engineer profiles for Germany, Austria and Switzerland markets. This person will be responsible for the entire development of the selection process. The Location of this job is in Barcelona.



main responsabilities and functions:
•design and implement overall recruiting strategy specific per country determined.
•Main target countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland. Country assignments can be modified according to recruitment and business needs.
•Get familiarized with job descriptions and job specifications
•Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/social media/colleges etc
•Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
•Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
•Conduct interviews to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
•Share HR recruiting best practices
•Provide analytical and well documented reports to the company.
•Build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
•Act as a point of contact with Hiring Managers. Send them a shortlist of final candidates with relevant information on each finalist.
•Create and maintain a funnel of candidates per country and build network and market knowledge of target candidates, in target companies or sectors.

candidate profile:
•freelance professional with previous experience in the area of candidate selection, especially candidates with technological profiles. 
•University education.
•Needed a native level of German, as well as a proficiency level of English. A good level of Spanish is an added advantage but is not essential.
•Skilled in the use of Skype, Facetime and similar tools to be able to carry out professional interviews through these social networks.
•Needed extensive knowledge of Linkedin Recruiter and other similar recruitment sources. 
Clear interest and pull towards the digital world where he or she will have to make the most of the on-line recruitment tools. 

economic and contractual terms:
•a monthly fee of 2.000,00€ is established, along with a commission scale according to positions filled in a month, as well as the possibility to access an additional bonus of 5.000,00€ for reaching the 6-month objectives.

•A Trade contract (freelance dependent contract) is offered with an 18-month guarantee for continuity in the company.
