We are an upcoming organisation looking for a creative and detail-oriented freelancer to design a suite of business templates and marketing collateral.
Scope of Work:
-Proposals & Quotations: Professional, branded, and editable templates.
-Business Reports & Client Decks: PowerPoint/Word templates with consistent formatting, icons, and placeholders.
-Brochure Design: Simple corporate brochure (digital & print-ready).
-Brand Consistency: Ensure all templates follow the same colour scheme, logo usage, and style guide.
Deliverables:
-Editable templates in Word, PowerPoint, and PDF.
-A set of design assets (fonts, colour codes, icons) for future use.
-Suggested usage guidelines (e.g., How to update styles, add logo, version control).
Requirements:
-Strong experience in corporate template design.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe tools / Canva / Figma.
-Familiarity with professional business consulting style (clean, modern, executive-ready).
-Ability to deliver within 2–3 weeks.
Engagement:
-One-time project (with option for ad-hoc follow-ups).
-Remote work.
-Budget negotiable depending on experience.
