Full Stack React + Firebase Developer for Picklelink Mvp Web App

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and Firebase to build the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for PickleLink, a new digital platform based in Miami, Florida. PickleLink aims to be "The Social Network for Pickleball Players," connecting players, tracking match results, and facilitating the formation of real-time play groups. The MVP will consist of three core modules: Play Beacon, allowing players to announce their game locations and estimated times of arrival; Score Tracker, for logging singles or doubles match results and viewing basic performance statistics; and Player Feed, providing real-time updates on active games and recent scores. We require a developer with strong experience in React or Next.js and Firebase, including Auth, Firestore, and Functions. A solid understanding of responsive UI design and implementing real-time features such as chat, notifications, or geolocation is essential. Clear communication and weekly progress updates are expected. The deliverables include a fully functional MVP web application, preferably hosted on Firebase or Netlify, with all source code owned by PickleLink LLC under a Work-for-Hire Agreement. The estimated delivery timeframe is 6-8 weeks, with milestone payments. We are operating on a low budget, which will be adjusted based on experience, and have a preference for bilingual (English/Spanish) remote developers located in Latin America.
