Augra Media:
We are hiring a full-time copywriter to join our team. Your role will be to:
- Write short-form video scripts (20–50 seconds) for Instagram Reels, TikTok & YouTube Shorts
- Research client industries and adapt tone/voice to fit their audience
- Deliver scripts that are engaging, persuasive, and optimized for virality

What we offer:
Pay structure: $120-170 USD per client handled
Long-term, full-time role (not one-off projects)

Remote, flexible schedule

What we expect:
Excellent written English and storytelling skills
Ability to write viral worthy hooks and persuasive, conversational copy
Creativity and speed: being able to produce a high volume of scripts weekly
Strong understanding of social media trends

This is a full-time position, not freelance gig work. We are looking for someone who can commit long-term and grow with Augra Media. Collaborating with a high skilled content researcher.

Project overview

Our clients rely on us for done-for-you short-form content: they film for just 2 hours/month, and we handle everything else. Your scripts will be the foundation of that system. We’re looking for a copywriter who’s passionate about social media, understands what makes content go viral, and wants a stable, full-time position in a fast-growing agency.
