Full-Time Remote Graphic Designer & Video Editor for Us Company

We are a growing U.S.-Based company seeking a dedicated full-time Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our remote team. This is primarily a production and execution role where we will provide brand guidelines, examples, AI-generated mockups, raw video footage, and creative direction. The ideal candidate will transform these materials into polished, professional finished work.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:
- Convert raw footage into engaging short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit straightforward long-form YouTube videos.
- Remove mistakes, pauses, and unnecessary footage to ensure smooth playback.
- Integrate captions, B-roll, music, graphics, and basic transitions.
- Perform basic audio cleanup and color correction.
- Adhere strictly to reference videos and established editing styles.
- Export all content in the correct formats for various platforms.

Graphic Design:
- Recreate approved AI-generated mockups into professional, high-quality designs.
- Create and modify social media graphics to align with brand aesthetics.
- Develop print-ready marketing materials such as yard signs, flyers, postcards, and brochures.
- Resize and adapt existing approved designs into different formats as needed.
- Ensure correct usage of provided logos, fonts, colors, and other brand assets.
- Maintain clean, organized, and editable source files for all design projects.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proven ability to accurately follow examples and instructions.
- Reliable internet connection is essential.
- Capability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.

Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus but not mandatory. We are looking for someone who excels at execution, is organized, dependable, responsive, and comfortable receiving feedback. This is a long-term, full-time remote position with a preference for candidates located in Colombia. Compensation will be approximately $900–$1,200 USD per month, depending on experience and ability, with opportunities for increased compensation based on performance.
