you.Key Responsibilities:You will manage the full production pipeline for two YouTube channels, collectively publishing 5-6 videos per week. Your daily tasks will include:Triggering AI research and script automation tools (
Make.com + Claude AI) for each video.Reviewing research documents and scripts to ensure quality before advancing them in the pipeline.Generating multiple thumbnail options using AI tools, strictly adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Briefing video editors comprehensively with all necessary assets, including voiceover files, scripts, selected thumbnails, reference videos, and detailed b-roll notes.Conducting a thorough Quality Control (QC) checklist on every video prior to its upload to YouTube.Uploading and publishing videos to YouTube Studio, ensuring all content is optimized with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags.Managing all tasks, deadlines, and status updates within ClickUp to maintain a smooth workflow.Sending a daily End-of-Day (EOD) report via Slack without exception.Proactively flagging any blockers or potential delays immediately to prevent missed
