The MVP aims to launch a foundational e-commerce platform for various consumer packaged goods, targeting both individual consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B). Key integrations will include warehouse management, delivery, and requlatory compliance systems.
Core Functions:
1. User Account Management: User registration and secure login for both consumers and business accounts, basic profile and account settings management.
2. Product Listing: Functionality for sellers to list and manage their products with essential details (images, prices, descriptions), user interface for browsing and viewing products.
3. Search and Filtering: Basic search functionality with necessary filters (categories, price, etc.)
4. Shopping Cart and Checkout: Standard add-to-cart and checkout processes, integration with basic payment gateways.
5. Order Management: Order history and status tracking for customers.
6. API Integrations: Connect with warehouse management software for inventory tracking, integrate with delivery logistics software for shipping and tracking, link with necessary regulatory compliance reporting software
7. Responsive Design: Ensure compatibility across desktop and mobile devices for a seamless user experience.
8. Content Management System (CMS): Enable easy updates to product listings and site content.
