We are seeking a high-performing Senior Trademark Paralegal to support a specialized US-based law practice. This role is designed for a proactive professional with deep expertise in trademark and copyright lifecycles within the US legal system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and file uspto trademark and us copyright applications and related paperwork.
• Handle ttab proceedings and draft responses to uspto office actions.
• Perform legal research using Westlaw and assist with federal court filings.
• Manage new client intake, conversion, and onboarding processes.
• Utilize Lawmatics and CLIO for case management and organizational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal serving US clients.
• Proven experience with USPTO filings, Copyright applications, and TTAB proceedings.
• Proficiency in Lawmatics, CLIO, and Westlaw.
• Strong background in data protection and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
