I need a video editor for a long-term partnership – $400 Per Month

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Editor to join our team for an ongoing, long-term partnership. This continuous role involves editing a high volume of short-form social media videos and YouTube content. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense and a proven track record in creating dynamic, engaging video content for various platforms.

Responsibilities:
* Edit between 30 to 40 videos per month.
* Produce short talking-head videos.
* Create videos incorporating B-roll and on-screen text.
* Develop dynamic social media content for platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
* Edit YouTube videos up to 3 minutes in length.

Requirements:
* Fluent in English.
* Proven experience in editing Reels, TikTok, or Shorts.
* Excellent visual sense and aesthetic understanding for social media video trends.
* Ability to consistently deliver 2-4 short videos per day as needed.

Workflow:
* Raw video files will be shared via a cloud-based folder.
* Feedback for adjustments will be provided as necessary to ensure quality and style consistency.
