We are looking someone to develop euridis library based on IEC62056-31 standard to perform read write operation on electricity meter (via euridis interface)

We have Actaris Meter non dlms (ace 5000 - 530c, 530d)

scope 1:
1. Establish the connection with meter
2. Perform Read operation (Eg: read Instant registers data)
3. Perform Write operation (Eg: update Meter RTC time) 

Scope 2:
1. We have meter reading specification document based on that the euridis read & write library to be developed.
2. This library we will be used on our IoT gateways
