Improve Wordpress Website Appearance and Fix Profile Issues

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help improve my existing WordPress website. The project has two main components:

1.  Appearance Improvement:

2.  Profile Fixes:
    There are specific issues affecting the user profile functionality on the site that need to be diagnosed and resolved. This could involve problems with registration, login, profile editing, or data display. The freelancer should be able to troubleshoot and fix these technical issues.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience with Wordpress development, including front-end technologies (html, css, javascript) for design improvements and back-end skills (php) for fixing profile-related issues.
