Influencer Outreach Specialist (Argentina – Student Audience Focus)

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Outreach Specialist who can find and secure partnerships with influencers who have a strong Argentinian student audience (university or college students).
Your main responsibility will be to research relevant influencers, contact them, negotiate collaboration terms, and deliver a curated list of influencers who match our target demographic.
Responsibilities:
Identify influencers whose audience consists mostly of Argentinian students
Build a curated list with audience data, engagement rates, and pricing
Reach out to influencers or their managers professionally
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets
Provide us with a shortlist of confirmed, collaboration-ready influencers
Keep communication structured and provide regular updates
Requirements:
Proven experience in influencer outreach or influencer marketing
Understanding of the Argentinian market and youth culture
Ability to filter influencers based on audience demographics (location, age, interests)
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Nice to Have:
Existing network of Argentinian influencers
Experience with youth-oriented apps, tech products, or student communities
