ItsMine project - Object-based message broker
1. Provide WhatsApp communication between two people based on an object (lost object, car stopped in forbidden place) without the need to identify the parties involved.
1.1  Owner registers object, with some identification and associates with his phone number
1.2 If someone finds the lost object, it sends the object ID or photo to the ItsMine app,
1.3 ItsMine robot identifies the object owner's phone and sends a message (via WhatsApp)
