About Us:
Salt of the Earth Apothecary is a lifestyle and self-care brand with a dreamy, cozy, nostalgic vibe. We’re building out a new collection (“Camp Earth”) and need someone to help organize, input, and manage digital product assets on Shopify and Notion.
We’re creative, fast-moving, and deeply detail-oriented — so we’re looking for someone who follows instructions and cares about getting things right the first time.

What You’ll Do:
• Upload products to Shopify using existing templates
• Add SKUs, barcodes, pricing, tags, and metafields
• Follow SOPs for product description formatting
• Archive outdated products and update collections
• Organize candles, robes, and pajamas into correct categories
• Work inside Notion to track tasks and updates
• Optional bonus: assist with light Canva/graphic edits

What We’re Looking For:
• Detail-obsessed and very organized
• Clear communication and asks questions when stuck
• Comfortable in Shopify and Notion (or willing to learn fast)
• Familiar with product tagging and variants
• Fluent in English, respectful tone, and easy to work with
Bonus if you have:
• Experience working with lifestyle or beauty brands
• Shopify metafield setup knowledge
• Canva or light design experience
