Saas start-up company is seeking for Trainers to perform the remote onboard training for customers, aiming to facilitate knowledge and practical use of the app to sales representatives, marketing assistants and managers.
The goals of the role are the following:
1. Before training:
Adapt content template materials with clients info. Make contact with clients to schedule training, test app to verify that every step is working properly
2.
During training:
Host video-call, deliver training content with a provided checklit facilitating to participants hands on simulation scenarios. Resolve questions and doubts regarding normal use of the app
3. After training:
Send survey and quiz to participants.
We will provide “Train a trainer” material regarding the app (articles, video and listening to live trainings). Only those who deliver 2 positive evaluation trainings will continue with the project.
Wage: USD 6/hour (+1USD after scoring 100% in expertise quizzes)
We are hiring 6 trainers who can speak either of these languages:
> 2 portugues speakers trainers
> 2 spanish speakers trainers
> 2 english speakers trainers
We’re looking for facilitators who have already given any sort of adult teaching in the past, in a professional enviroment. Who are able to learn through web tutorials and help articles.
Knowledge on:

- 12h availabilty per week (Each training lasts around 2h)
- High Speed Internet
- Smartphone from 2018 or newer in excellent working conditions
