Responsibilities
-Lead backend architecture and engineering initiatives
-Design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
-Guide and mentor software developers

-Collaborate with frontend developers, project managers, and stakeholders
-Optimize application performance and database efficiency
-Participate in technical planning and decision-making
-Troubleshoot complex technical issues

Requirements
-7+ years of professional software engineering experience
-Strong backend development expertise
-Deep understanding of system architecture and distributed systems
-Experience with APIs, databases, authentication, and cloud infrastructure
-Strong knowledge of software design patterns and engineering principles
-Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
-Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-Experience working in remote or international teams is a plus
