Lead Web & Graphic Designer (part time)

We're seeking a talented Lead Web Designer to shape and maintain our visual brand identity, manage our Figma-based marketing website, and elevate our marketing materials across channels. As our visual brand guardian, you'll play a pivotal role in reinforcing our identity and scaling our marketing design systems.

Responsibilities:

Own and continuously refine our Figma-based marketing website to ensure visual excellence, responsiveness, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Design compelling marketing materials (web graphics, landing pages, social media assets, presentations) that drive engagement and conversions.

Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across our digital experiences.

Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback, guidance, and fostering professional growth within the design team.

Lead visual QA to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a web and graphic designer, ideally within SaaS or startup environments.

Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Proven track record designing and maintaining sophisticated, conversion-focused websites and marketing assets.

Exceptional understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.

Strong experience creating and implementing brand guidelines across digital channels.

Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively cross-functionally.

Previous experience mentoring or managing junior designers is highly desirable.
