Long-term ghostwriter needed for full form care guide books on exotic pets

Hi, I am looking for a long-term ghostwriter who can ghostwrite many fun facts and care guide books on exotic pets. Although this platform is for hiring article writers, I am willing to test writers for full-form books. 

Main project-
For our first book, I have already created a detailed outline with all the resources for you to take facts from. I have fact-checked the entire book. There are eight chapters in the book including the introduction and conclusion.

Word count - 24000 to 30000 words.
Pay - 10$ for 2000 words. (120$-150$)
Performance based Bonuses -
a) There is a provision for a bonus of at least 150$ if the book performs at average that is gathering at least 2 five star ratings in first two months of launch. (Making the total compensation 300$)
b) I am ready to take it to even 200% if the performance totally kicks off and I get at least 3 five-star reviews from real buyers talking about the quality of the book within the first two months of its launch. In this case, you will get 300$ alone as a bonus (making the total compensation 450$)
c) Succesful writers will get long-term projects on subsequent books.

Test Project-
You will first be given a test project to write the introduction of the book. It can range from 1000 to 2000 words. I will be hiring 2 to 3 candidates for the test. It will be a paid test which means all candidates will get paid for the test.
