We’re building an AI-powered system that leverages Python-based business rules for complex decision support workflows. This is a full-time, long-term role working directly with me (a senior Java developer) to co-develop and scale multiple projects in real-time.

You’ll be coding collaboratively via Cursor or Windsurf, with strong emphasis on pair programming, architecture clarity, and robust system design. I'm seeking someone who can both contribute and guide on Python-specific practices and best patterns.

Project overview

Key Requirements: Strong Python skills – writing clean, modular, production-grade code Fluent English – verbal communication must be clear and effective Cursor or Windsurf Tech Stack Required: python, fastapi, git, sql, business rule engines, cursor/windsurf Preferred: business-rules, langgraph or langchain, prompt engineering, aws or azure, cloudformation, kubernetes Long-term position with consistent work. Hands-on coding and collaborative design. Heavy emphasis on live pair programming. Respond with your desired pay and the earliest you can start work.
