I'm looking for a professional with experience in setting up a virtual phone number with call forwarding via VoIP. The number will be from the US and needs to redirect calls to an attendant in Brazil, who will answer using an app on an iPhone. Preference for those familiar with Twilio, Sonetel, CloudTalk, or apps like Zoiper.
