Looking for Junior Software Engineer to be based in La Paz, Bolivia

SiteHost is a web hosting company based in New Zealand, recognised for our outstanding service and innovative approaches to assisting our customers. We are currently seeking a Junior Developer to join our Operations team.

About the Role:

You will become a valuable member of our expanding team based in La Paz, Bolivia. We prefer candidates comfortable with an office-based environment, as we believe in fostering a professional and welcoming atmosphere, particularly during the onboarding of new team members.

For this role, you’ll be closely involved with our teammates. We’re an agile company with members around the world. We effectively use collaboration tools and techniques for efficient teamwork, ensuring constant communication as we collectively tackle problem-solving.

We have a wonderful team that knows how to ship while being relaxed and friendly. You’ll get to work across various projects, infrastructure, and languages – also known as full-stack. You’ll work with talented developers on new and existing products that keep our customers happy. As well as that, you’ll work on internal tools to help our Operations team be as productive as possible. You'll report to the head of our larger team while being part of small sprint-based project teams.
