Macisian - Full-Stack Ai-Powered Land Intelligence Saas Platform Development (V1)

We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer or team to build the commercial V1 of an AI-powered land intelligence SaaS platform. This platform is designed for real estate professionals, enabling them to search any Calgary address and instantly receive critical information such as zoning rules, building envelope calculations, and AI-generated policy summaries. The current project builds upon an existing MVP.

Key features and requirements include:

*  Interactive Parcel Map & Filtering Engine: Integration of a city-wide interactive parcel map (e.g., Using Mapbox) with advanced zoning-based filtering capabilities. This will allow users to efficiently identify and surface all parcels that meet specific development criteria, transforming the platform into a powerful site-sourcing engine.
*  Multi-User SaaS Infrastructure: Development of a robust SaaS architecture supporting freemium and paid subscription tiers (ranging from $50 to $150 per month). This includes implementing secure payment processing, comprehensive team and multi-user account management, robust authentication systems, and role-based access control. The infrastructure should be designed for scalability and future expansion to incorporate additional Canadian cities.
*  V1 Build Requirements: The engagement focuses on developing the full commercial V1 of the platform. This involves expanding dataset coverage to include condos, towers, and multi-address parcels. The application must feature a fully mobile-responsive design, supporting a minimum screen width of 375px. A clean handover with complete and thorough documentation is essential upon project completion.
