Experienced Personal Brand Developer & Strategic Partner for Senior Leader

I am seeking an experienced PR or marketing professional to serve as a personal brand developer and strategic partner. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping thought leadership for senior leaders and can work efficiently, proactively, and discreetly. Familiarity with psychology, behavioral health, education, or related policy spaces is a strong plus. About the Role: The consultant will help strengthen and steward my professional brand across platforms and opportunities. This includes both visibility and positioning, with an emphasis on credibility, value alignment, and long-term impact rather than volume. The work will sit at the intersection of psychology, education, and public leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and strategically grow my LinkedIn presence, including content planning, drafting or editing, posting, and engagement. Translate complex ideas in psychology, behavioral health, and education into accessible, compelling public-facing narratives. Identify and help secure high-value speaking engagements, panel invitations, and keynote opportunities. Identify and help pursue relevant board seats, advisory roles, or leadership opportunities aligned with my expertise. Proactively pitch ideas, perspectives, or profiles to the right audiences and venues. Serve as a thought partner on brand positioning, messaging, and narrative consistency. Coordinate brief monthly check-ins and provide concise recommendations and next steps.

Ideal Background: 7+ years of experience in public relations, marketing, communications, or brand strategy, Experience working with senior leaders, executives, or public‑facing experts.

Time Commitment & Structure: Approximately 8 hours per month.
