What You’ll Bring to the Team

Project overview

1. Campaign Creation & Management Ad Strategy: Develop targeted advertising strategies to reach specific audience segments, based on market research and business objectives. Platform Selection: Choose appropriate advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Based on the target audience and budget. Ad Copy & Creative: Create compelling ad copy, design visuals, and sometimes videos that resonate with the audience. Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets for different campaigns to maximize ROI. 2. Optimization & Analysis Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). A/B Testing: Conduct split tests to optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting. Continuous Improvement: Adjust bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives based on real-time performance data to improve results. 3. Targeting & Segmentation Audience Segmentation: Create detailed audience segments based on demographics, behavior, interests, and psychographics to optimize targeting. Retargeting Campaigns: Set up and manage retargeting strategies to engage with users who have interacted with the brand but haven’t converted yet. 4. Collaboration & Communication Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure ad campaigns align with overall business objectives and strategies. Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. 5. Platform Expertise Platform Knowledge: Stay updated on best practices, trends, and platform changes across various advertising networks. Ad Formats: Utilize a variety of ad formats, such as display ads, video ads, native ads, and social media ads, to achieve the best results. 6. Key Skills and Tools Technical Skills: Knowledge of ad management platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), Analytical tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush), and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop). Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Creativity: Ability to craft engaging content and visuals to capture the audience’s attention. 7. Goals and Metrics KPIs: Focus on key performance indicators (Kpis) such as cost-per-click (cpc), cost-per-impression (cpi), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (roas). Sales Funnel: Improve the lead-to-sales conversion rate through targeted ads that guide potential customers down the sales funnel.
