Microsoft 365 / Entra Id / Intune Engineer (Latam) – Project-Based

In collaboration with our cto, you'll manage small us-based organizations (primarily nonprofits and smbs) through their journey from legacy on-premise environments to fully cloud-based microsoft 365 solutions.

Key responsibilities include:
- Mapping existing file shares and designing SharePoint/Teams information architectures
- Executing migrations to Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Reviewing Entra ID (Azure AD) setups, creating Conditional Access policies, and implementing passwordless strategies aligned with Microsoft 365 Business Premium
- Planning and deploying Intune solutions (architecture, profiles, compliance, auto-enrollment, security baselines)
- Participating in regular client meetings to discuss project progress, plan permissions, coordinate data migrations, and address any project-related questions
- Clearly documenting solutions and providing effective client training and hand-off

Must-haves:
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migrations, Entra ID, and Intune
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English (B2/C1) with strong written and spoken communication skills
- Proven ability to participate effectively in client discussions and produce clear documentation
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to pass a basic criminal background check

Nice to haves:
- MSP or multi-tenant experience
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., ms-102, sc-300, or related)
