Job Purpose:

We are seeking a mid-level .NET Developer to develop and maintain robust scalable and high performance applications. They will need to demonstrate evidence of problem-solving and good coding skills. This is a great opportunity to secure a role within an exciting, rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Application Development

Full Stack .NET Development using C#, mvc and sql server
develop and implement software applications using .NET frameworks (.Net Core ASP.Net MVC, Razor and Web API)
Write clean scalable and maintainable code
Integrate third part API’s and services into the application
Code Reviews and Quality Assurance:

Conduct code reviews to ensure developers adhere to best practices and coding standards
Debug and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Ability to write unit and functional tests

Documentation

Document development processes, technical specifications, and updates to existing systems.
Provide regular progress updates to the team lead or manager.

Skills:

Technical Expertise:

Excellent in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and Asp.net mvc/web api skills
experience of working with orm’s such as entity framework and dapper.
Familiarity with front-end technologies like html, css, javascript
experience with relational databases such as sql server and writing tsql.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity of working with Signal R and Hangfire or similar technologies

Experience:

3–5 years of experience in software development with .NET technologies.
Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies

Soft Skills:

Ability to communicate well with a team remotely, attaining all necessary information to perform your tasks
Have a proactive approach to your work
A helpful manner when dealing with colleagues and clients
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to report to the team in a clear and concise fashion

Preferred Skills:

An interest in understanding and optimising user experience
Experience in working with remote teams
An interest in sports and major events
