Hello is anyone interested in making/creating a mobile app for communication? It's an app like a hotline but in a texting format. It just have a few requirements and they are listed below:

1. It allows people to register their own account.


2. The  users can contact the admins who are online.
3. The app owner has full control over adding and deleting admins.
4. The admin can mute users.
5. There must be places for advertisements. (could be at the bottom)
