Modificar e adicionar itens woocommerce

I need to add some functions on my Woocommerce Product page.
I am selling raffles instead product. So for that reason I need to chance some work flows.

Product Page
Allow the user to pick a number (1-300) The numbers are unique. The number is my product. If a user bought 5 numbers this number must be unvaliable to next customer.

If a customer chose 5 number the total value need to be multliplied . Ex. Ticket price (3.00 x Number) o number taken.

Please refer to" WooCommerce Lottery Pick Ticket Number Modification | wpgenie" I need something very similar. But I want to optimise the checkout flow as well.

User access produt page
Select a number or more than one number to buy Click proceed.
