Native Spanish Speakers Needed for Ev Car Speech Recognition Conversation Project

We are seeking native Mexican Spanish, Chilean Spanish, or Colombian Spanish speakers to participate in a conversation recording project. The goal is to gather natural dialogue to improve speech recognition technology for electric vehicles (EVs). This project requires you to record conversations with a partner using our phone application.

Project Details:
*  You will complete 7 conversation recordings.
*  Each conversation should be approximately 20 minutes long.
*  We will provide a list of 18 topics from which you and your partner can choose.
*  The total project duration is estimated to be 2.5 to 3 hours, including setup time.

Important Guidelines:
*  This is NOT a script reading task. All dialogue must be natural, spontaneous, and improvised.
*  No one can speak more than 1 minute at one time, ensuring a dynamic and engaging exchange.
*  Avoid scenarios where one person dominates the discussion; no individual should speak continuously for more than one minute.
*  High interactivity, similar to a natural conversation, is crucial.

Technical Requirements:
*  All participants must download and use the FunCrowd App on their smartphone.
*  When recording, you and your conversation partner must be in separate, quiet rooms with reliable WiFi access.
*  Your smartphone should be capable of high-quality audio recording.

Participant Requirements:
*  Must be a native speaker of Mexican Spanish, Chilean Spanish, or Colombian Spanish.
*  Must have access to a smartphone capable of high-quality audio recording.
*  Must have a quiet place with reliable WiFi for recording.
*  Must be able to bring a conversation partner to participate in the project.
*  Please note: Individuals who have previously participated in a similar 2.5-hour conversation project on FunCrowd are not eligible to apply for this project.

Payment for this project is 30 USD per group upon successful completion. An additional 5 USD bonus may be awarded to groups that complete the project within 2-3 days with excellent quality.
