Deseo que en una feria de comida, los clientes hagan su solicitud, y se les avise por medio de una app que ya su pedido está listo.

Lo que deseo es que la APP me permita registrar un local de comida con id de un usuario, para cuando esté listo su pedido el local le pueda notificar a su cliente que busque su comida.
