Notion Workspace Development for Venture Studio Client Deliverables

IdeeLab, a venture studio specializing in pharmaceutical, health, and beauty brands, requires a skilled Notion expert to build three functional and reusable Notion templates for client project delivery. These templates will replace existing presentation-based deliverables with dynamic, Notion-based systems.

what to build:
three reusable and duplicable notion templates, designed for client use:
1.  Validation Sprint / Sprint Pro: A comprehensive 9-page structure covering market simulation, competition analysis, unit economics, regulatory scanning, and risk assessment. This template will integrate Essential and Pro levels within a single framework.
2.  Regulatory Readiness - Health & MedTech: A dedicated workspace structured around six key pillars for pharmaceutical and health technology clients.
3.  Beauty Expansion Sprint: A three-level workspace specifically tailored for beauty brands expanding into new markets.

A fourth module, 'Regulatory Readiness Standard', will be seamlessly integrated into the 'Validation Sprint / Sprint Pro' template.

IMPORTANT: This project is exclusively in English. Future phases involving Spanish or Portuguese are not included in this scope.

reference material:
complete technical specifications, including a predefined construction sequence, will be provided for each of the three templates.

SCOPE:
Your primary responsibility will be to construct the foundational structure of each Notion template, configure databases to ensure clean duplication for each client, and strictly adhere to the construction sequence outlined in the provided specifications. This project does not include creating client-specific content, modifying existing methodologies, or implementing any automation features (automation is a separate project).

EXCLUSIONS:
This project explicitly excludes writing new content for the deliverables, altering the established validation methodology (specifications are final), or any work related to automation, future agents, translation, or content in any language other than English.

ideal freelancer profile:
we are seeking a freelancer with solid experience in notion, including expertise in databases, relationships, formulas, template creation, and duplication. Prior experience in developing client-facing Notion workspaces for project delivery is a significant advantage.

deliverables and timeline:
this project involves 5 distinct deliverables and is estimated to require 3-5 weeks of part-time work, subject to confirmation based on your availability.

to apply, please include:
- an example of a notion workspace you have previously built (link or screenshots).
- Your estimated time commitment and proposed fee for this project.
- Any clarifying questions regarding the scope before commencing work.
